Lifecycle Software announced it has officially launched Event Intelligence 2.0, a major upgrade to its Customer Value Management (CVM) platform.
According to the company, the new release introduces “powerful capabilities that turn real-time customer interactions into measurable growth.”
Lifecycle also pointed out that the idea behind the update is to streamline campaign execution and maximise customer lifetime value for both marketing and operations teams.
The new version of the CVM platform introduces the following tools:
- Inbound campaign support: Telecom operators can now receive and respond to subscriber replies directly within the platform. Using real-time keyword detection and subscriber data, Event Intelligence 2.0 can trigger automated workflows, customise replies, and close the loop on two-way engagement. Every interaction becomes an opportunity to act instantly.
- Push notifications: The platform now supports mobile and web push notifications, fully integrated with services like Firebase and APNs. Teams can send branded, targeted messages with interactive buttons (like “Accept” or “Decline”) and capture responses in the same way as other campaign events – all tracked in real-time.
- Modernised user interface: A cleaner layout, faster navigation, and intuitive workflows help teams move quicker under pressure. A new campaign management hub brings every tool and insight into one place, reducing reliance on manual tasks and enabling faster go-to-market execution.
“Event Intelligence 2.0 brings meaningful enhancements that make it easier for teams to run smarter, more responsive marketing campaigns,” said Catarina Alves, Marketing Director at Lifecycle Software, in a press release. “We’ve streamlined the experience while adding new capabilities that help operators better connect with their customers in real time.”
